3D printed boat parts · marine
We 3D print parts for boats: brackets, covers, rope guides, stops, cable glands and spares that are no longer made. In ASA and PETG, which handle sun, salt and moisture.

Our workshop is in Avilés, by the estuary, and on a boat there is always a plastic part that is broken or no longer exists: an inspection hatch cover, a rod holder, a guide or a stop. Ordering it from the manufacturer, if it still exists, takes weeks.
For marine use we print in ASA, which does not degrade or yellow in the sun, and PETG for parts that are always wet. Screws and inserts in stainless steel or brass depending on the use.
FAQ
Does it handle salt water?
Yes. ASA and PETG do not corrode or absorb noticeable water. What needs choosing carefully are the metal screws and inserts.
How long does an ASA part last in the sun?
Years. ASA is used for exterior car parts and marine fittings precisely because it resists UV.
Can I pick up the part in Avilés?
Yes, by appointment and free of charge. We also ship to any port in Spain in 24–48 h.
